Lagom

Lagom is a residential project in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco.

The building is located in the city's financial area, which is why the apartments are suited for one or two people, making the building an attraction for the executive market. Also, there will be a commercial area in the lower part.

The name Lagom (in Swedish) means the principle of living a balanced, low-fuss life. Inspired by the juvenile, professional lifestyle, it was only obvious to create a logotype that resembles just that. The color scheme represents the balance and contrast of a busy and pleasant life, just like the project offers its potential residential clients.
